My experiences with children have always been memorable and heart-warming. Each and every child is unique, in every aspect. The essence of dealing with children lies within the fact that each child has a novel personality, which molds differently according to their teachings and surroundings. One has to approach children through different learning/teaching styles in order to bring out the best outcomes. The best and most overwhelming thing about dealing with children is that the end results are gratifying/overwhelming when you look back. This is because you feel a sense of accomplishment that I was the one who helped them achieve, succeed and become who they are. At the end of the day I know \"I made a difference\", which is the best part of working with children everyday. Over the past few years while working at Kumon, I\'ve had to teach Math and English/Reading to children with Special needs. Most of the children I have dealt with had ODD and ADD. It can be difficult while dealing with Special needs children as each children needs much more attention, time, love and different approaches to adapt to their unique learning styles.
