I have a 3 years experience of rendering care and teaching children with special needs basic life skills and assisting them in activities of daily living. I am tasked in assessing them and evauluate and document progress. We have a occupational therapist and a pediatric psychiatrist who would come in and create therapy programs for each kid and I carry them out and perform the therapy. I create and record significant changes and prepare reports to be submitted to psychiatrist and OT and be explained to parents. I also give out home instructions to parents to implement continuity of care.
