I have a rewarding and challenging experience working with them. Rewarding in the sense that they will love you unconditionally but challenging too because all of them have their own values, attitudes and differences that I need to give appropriate response in order to help them effectively. Working with the kids with special needs is very different from those children who don\'t have special needs so, being a worker of them I used my skills, knowledge and experience to deal with them appropriately. I needed to deal with them individually as compare to normal kids I can handle them as a class or group. Dealing with kids with special needs individually is very important because I able to focus on them and response immediately with his/her needs.
