Early Childhood Educator in Brampton, Ontario

I am currently looking for R.E.C.E job after completing 2 year diploma from Seneca College .Besides the detail given in my resume I am a mother of 27 months old twin. Since April 2015 I was taking care of my own kids and enjoying my motherhood. I am a person with strong interpersonal skills and have ability to get along with people easily.I am dedicated and qualified early childhood educator with a passion for children’s learning and care. I am always willing to learn something new which motives me to bring to commitment, creativity, team work and dedication to work as an ECE for our bright future children. Intensive course and hands on experience in the Early Childhood Program at the Seneca College has given me the skills and knowledge required of an Early Childhood Educator in the Early learning Program. I have developed strong skills in creating fun and interactive learning activities and materials, observing and reposting on child development and conduct, and developing solid rapport with children, families and staff. I offer two years of hands on experience from placements with diverse settings, teachers and children and my dedication and talents to motivate students to achieve academic success. In addition, to my education and placement experience I am creative, enthusiastic, organized and sensitive to children’s individual needs. I possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal, as well as solid computer skills.I have hands on experience working with emergent curriculum and Reggio emilia philosophy which believes child as a strong, capable little scientist who discovered their knowledge through play based activities provided by R.E.C.E. Apart from Reggio Emilia, I have knowledge of different models such as Montessori, Woldrof, and High scope. I believe that the qualification a person receives in early life is indispensable in bringing out that person’s potential, and that all children should have access to quality learning and care.
