Hello, My name is Malory, and I am a fun, caring, qualified, experienced ECE/IT Educator, with a specialization in infant and toddler development, seeking employment that encourages the utilization of my competencies and skills, to create a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning, discovery, and confidence through art, play, and exploration of the world around us. I graduated with my ECE in 2010, and have been working with young children ever since. My experience has primarily been with infants and toddlers, however I also have some experience with preschool and school aged children. I am fully bilingual in both English and French, and knowledgeable with the daycare/nurseries act. I am first aid and CPR trained, and can provide a clean criminal record check upon request. I have a thorough understanding of the important role that educators play with young children, as well as the importance of communication with families, while being sensitive to their individual needs.
