My experience with Children has been a positive one. I\'ve had the honour of working with many different family dynamics and cultures that has allowed me to open my mind even more and make each family and child an individual. I\'ve worked very closely with children with special needs, their caregivers as well as their families. I\'ve made sure to incorporate the child within the classroom according to their abilities and comforts. I;ve also made sure that everyone that works with the child with special needs is aware of what is happening and how the child is doing at all times.
