Early Childhood Educator in Victoria, British Columbia

In these recent months, I work as a volunteer (Child Care Provider) in Gordon Head Recreation Center on every Wednesday. I helped staffs and other volunteers arranged the classroom before the beginning of the program. During the program, other child care provider and I took care of the children and played with them. And it is children themselves to decide what kinds of games they want to play, what rules they like when playing games. I respected children’s ideas, listened to their ideas, and talked with them. I only took a course about Special Education and Child & Youth Care (disabilities practice) in UVic.
