Early Childhood Educator in Victoria, British Columbia

I have been working as a support worker/ECE 10 years. I have mostly worked with preschool aged children but I have also worked with toddlers and have worked in before and after school programs. I have over 8 years experience working with children who require extra support. As a support worker, I believe in promoting children’s success, building relationships and creating supportive environments where children are able to excel to their full potential. I am child focussed, inclusive and I program plan according to the emerging interests of the individual child.
