I have more than 10 years of experience as a child care facilitator. I have won the trust of the kids and parents throughout my career..... use of story and myth, art and craft, music and nature in the class room were highly impressed among children and colleagues. I have used all my knowledge(books n training I got through workshops)to help special need children and their parents as a facilitator. I was quite popular with the parents who had special need children.I am very reflective and serious about my role as a facilitator when I am dealing with special need children and parents.
