Early Childhood Educator in Scarborough, Ontario

I have been working with children since I was 12 years old. I started by working as a Sunday School teacher and working in Summer camps. Starting my concurrent education program, I completed placements each year of university with children grades 2-6. In teacher's college, I completed my placements with grade 6 and 7 students. I worked as a lead teacher at Sylvan Learning Centre, working with children ranging from kindergarten to grade 10. I just recently returned from working as a supply teacher in Australia working with children from kindergarten to year 9. I have minimal experience working with children with special needs. I worked with children who were on IEPs within the classroom during my placements. Working at Sylvan Learning Centre I worked with children who were highly autistic. While supply teaching I worked with students and completed placements working with students with minor needs and accommodations.
