I have and do always build and create an extremely solid foundation with all children that I\'m blessed to work with. I have worked with every age Of children within my 7 years in Childcare employment history and I have enjoyed every single moment. I love ensuring the happiness of the children and I have always been very successful building and keeping relationships with not only each child, but all of their families as well. Not only have I worked with children whom have Special Needs and Requirements including autism, learning disabilities, and ADD/ADHD within Childcare Centers, but my history working with children within group homes has provided me with a great understanding, knowledge and the capability in working with non-verbal, severely autistic, and severely aggressive sensory reliant children as well. I have a large amount of work experience, and a huge variety of children whom have many different levels of Special Needs.
