My previous involvement with children, youth, and adults has given me the patience, enthusiasm, caring nature and outstanding interpersonal communication skills that I believe is necessary in applying for such a title. I have worked with a multitude of people from various diverse situations. I have had the opportunity to engage with children and youth from the ages of 4 months until 16 years of age and adults of a variety of ages, which has given me a broad range of perspective. This valuable knowledge along with my educational background has given me key skills and essential theory in order to implicate my capabilities confidently. I have an excellent track record of being punctual, flexible and ready to work. I pride myself in being an effective listener and having an enthusiastic approach to assisting others who may need guidance or aide. I am eager to help anyone and everyone with whatever task they put me up to. My expertise in connecting with children, youth and adults has been enhanced with each opportunity that I have received.
