Early Childhood Educator in Calgary, Alberta

I have been working with children since I was 16 years old (running a summer program for children 2 - 12 years old.) Admin. assistant for a child welfare agency, ran a summer program for inner city children in Calgary, various volunteer positions including Brownies/Girl Guides both in Canada and overseas, Make A Wish grantor, substitute teacher for children grades 1 - 6, took 19 years off to raise my family, but throughout those years continued to be involved with children by offering craft days during summer holidays and during the year. I love and respect children, and the bottom line is I am good with children. I am creative, and good with organizing and implementing activities. Very limited with respect to any organized experience or formal training, other than a few children with special needs that I have worked with or volunteered with over the years.
