Early Childhood Educator in Oakville, Ontario

As an ECE I want to create an environment for my children where children are leaders and think what they CAN DO rather than thinking what they CANNOT DO. I want to be like a gardener who plants different kinds of seeds in her garden and help each plant grow to the fullest by giving them the care they need individually. My vision for working with the children is based on a mutual understanding and strong bond between Child, Educator, and Families. The relationship stands as a pyramid that is the strongest structure. If there’s no flow of communication then either of the participants can suffer and, in most cases, it’s the children. Honesty, professional, conduct, empathy, and ongoing communication helps strengthen relationships between educators and families. With a Visual Arts background, fresh ECE diploma and 3 years of experience working with children in various diverse settings like Montessori, Childcare, School, Afterschool and Art camps, I can offer shaping the future of our society by laying a solid foundation for children's academic, emotional, and social success. I think I have what this work requires that is patience, empathy, creativity, and a deep commitment to promoting the well-being of young children. I design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities that are tailored to the unique needs and interests of each child in their care and create a safe and engaging learning environment.
