Early Childhood Educator in Whitby, Ontario

Hello! I'm Michiko, a over 10 years experienced registered early childhood educator in Whitby, Ontario. Since obtaining an Early childhood educator and Kindergarten teaching diploma in Japan, I have been working with children for over 10 years. I also have experience teaching Japanese and English as a teacher in a school setting due to my passion for children’s literacy development. I love teaching and am able to learn quickly and adjust my teaching method based on the curriculum. When I immigrated to Canada, I achieved my registered early childhood educator equivalency in Ontario after taking the bridging program at George Brown College. I learnt ChildCare and Early Years Act, How does Learning Happen, and ELECT etc. I had a chance to implement what I learnt into practice when I worked in licensed childcare centre in Toronto. I am currently seeking a new employer who shares my passion for early childhood education and is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable educator to join their team.
