My most relevant experience is as a Program Supervisor/Manager for a preschool educational program dealing with children with mild to severe emotional, social and behavioral issues with the Bridges Program - Salvation Army Children’s Village, in Calgary, AB. In this role, I independently organized the program’s daily operations: classroom organization, opening and closing, overseeing cleaning and staffing issues, ordering supplies, etc. I was also responsible for providing social and behavioral planning for each child (IPP goals) and consulting with parents as well as other team members (psychologists, speech and language pathologists, etc.) around a child’s individual needs.
