Early Childhood Educator in Ottawa, Ontario

Currently, I am a third-year Health Science student at the University of Ottawa looking to pursue a career in education. I could be the best for any position that involves children since I am very passionate about helping teach childrens. I come from a very large family where I have taught my younger siblings a large portion of my life. I am patient, kind, and energetic. I believe all these qualities are what make me a great fit for all positions mentioned. I currently work at the University of Ottawa as part of the Residence Life team. I am First aid and CPR- C certified and my main priority is to keep the health and safety of all residence students. A big part of my job includes student problem resolution, SafeTalk (suicide), and making students feel as comfortable as they can in residence. This job gives me great experience dealing with any problems first-year students may have in their residences and I believe this would translate very well into positions like supply teacher, monitor, or Montessori instructor. I am hoping to work during the spring/summer months full-time between the start of May to the end of August.
