I would get most of my views by making research. Observing the children and my ability to plan activities based on their interest opinions, childs physical well being, socialization relationships with children , staff and their parents. I would also teach the children life skills while doing activities with them. I would encourage self independence in each child and watch out for their individual development at all time when at the center.
