Singapore Certified Infant and toddler teacher with Early Years Developmental Framework Certificate and Undergoing Professional Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (WSQ PDECCE). I have 7 years of experience in staff mentoring and teaching position ranging infant to K1 class. I have experience in: • Checking and vetting of my colleagues’ WAP, Child Observation and Child portfolio effectively to meet the curriculum and health & safety quality standards. • Assist/ mentoring apprentices and new staff into the program. • Planning Infant teachers’ schedule, roster and duties and work as a team to ensure continuity and high standard of quality of care and curriculum implementation.
