Early Childhood Educator in Brampton, Ontario

I have over 2 years’ experience of private touring (grade 1 to grade 3 children) and over 1 years of working as a placement student in TCDSB and Alternative School Program. I am physically very active and like to engage with children through playing indoor or outdoor games. Over the years, I have gained expertise in working with children and youth from diverse communities, facilitating group activities depending on the needs of the group and focusing on equity and inclusiveness, supporting youth with behavioral issues –helped them figure out triggers and coping strategies, maintaining communication with parents through emails and phone calls, providing assistance for students in the acquisition, reinforcement and maintenance of academic, communication, social and different life skills. My previous work and volunteer experiences have helped me become an excellent team player.
