In the toddler circle activities, I've done various activities that are not only enjoyable independently but also as a group, such as crafts using items around us. In the infant class, I have always focused on making an environment where they can develop trust. Also, to become able to do the things on their own, I keep in mind to take each action one step at a time so that they can visibly see what they have done. If I had a chance to work at your place, I promise that I would do my best and try to create an atmosphere where they will be able to think independently and develop their capabilities.
