I love working with children. I have in-depth knowledge of child development and E.L.E.C.T document. Firstly, children build their knowledge through interaction with the environment. I will plan and deliver play-based learning and hands-on activities to achieve this. Secondly, children will learn when in the zone of proximal development. There are materials or activities neither too easy nor too difficult for them. Thirdly, educators can support learning by providing more materials and creating their environment. Lastly, I believe that language/communication is the basic tool for educators and parents to transmit the knowledge to children. Also, I possess solid oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and fluent in English. I play piano since I was 12 years old and I can incorporate musical development activities into curriculum. I also demonstrated high degree of reliability, responsibility and team work in my often employment as server at 1000 Sushi Islands. I am also enthusiastic and eager to learn. My personality is kind and caring. During my field placement I received positive feedback on my ability to support with children. Children enjoy playing with me and display fondness for them.
