Play is an important tool for children to explore their world. Through play, children can develop their intellectual, cognitive, physical, social and emotional development. I believe children should be educated by quality ECE in their early years. Early year’s education is important for children’'s development. Early years can shape children'’s development and temperament. I should use different positive guidance strategies to guide children and all the curriculum should base on children’s cues and interests. Children learn nothing without interests. Let the children explore their world during they participate in the curriculum. If the children have new questions, I will base on the new questions to plan further curriculum to meet children’s needs. Also I provide age appropriate materials and a lot of hands-on opportunities for the children to learn something new. In the daycare, I provide a safe and warm environment for the children to explore their world and I always listen to what they want and need, let the children always feel I care about them.
