Early Childhood Educator in Ajax, Ontario

I had the experienced with different ages of children. I regularly do program planning according to the ELECT document for the children and implementation as well. I also had done a number of observation and by using different education tool to demonstrated appropriate learning experience for the child. I had parents get involved with by giving out the survey to fill out and based on these information to provided children with more possibility learning experiences. The only experience with special needs children is to do observation and created the proper activities to enhance their developmental needs.
