I have great experience working with children. When I was younger always babysitting then continued to go to school to make it my career. Have supplied working with all age groups. Mostly working with Toddlers and Pre-school age groups. I am able to implement activities based on the children\\\'s interests and engage in meaningful conversations to foster children\\\'s learning. Enjoying conversations with children and parents to learn more about them and their interests. Able to communicate with children, other staff, and supervisors to provide the best care for the children and staff. Able to observe and document children\\\'s learning as well as any concerns about the children\\\'s learning that need further action. Health and Safety are very important to allow children to explore and learn in appropriate ways. I have experience working with children with special needs and completing an Individual Education Plan for that child. Able to observe and document children\\\'s learning to ensure they are on track with their Plan.
