Early Childhood Educator in Burlington, Ontario

I am well trained in the Early Learning framework (ELECT)to support children's learning.I have worked with children of different age groups throughout my four placements planning and delivering age appropriate curriculum. I also have volunteer experience working with different age groups. My last placement was with special needs children, under the supervision of a George Brown College Resource Consultant. I worked in two different inclusive George Brown College Lab schools to provide special support to children with special needs. I implemented Individual Consultation Plans based on observations of strengths and needs of the assigned children. I supported reaching individual goals of the assigned children and provided extra specialized information to staff working with the special needs children and with parents.
