I have over 7 years experiences and have worked in a variety of Early Learning settings. I have worked with a variety of ages, children and families. I have experience implementing experiences that encourage learning through play and planning developmentally appropriate experiences. I have worked in daycare settings for over four years and have gained a lot of experience. I have worked with children who have special needs. I was able to communicate with all others involved and implement strategies in the classroom. I am comfortable assisting with children with special needs as long there is communication and support. I have worked with children who have Autism, Expressive Language Delays, OCD, Anger/Anxiety and students with learning disabilities.
