Early Childhood Educator in Edmonton, Alberta

I have just under ten years of experience in Early Learning and Care. My primary focus for the last five years, has been Policy Development, Child and Family Advocacy, Executive Management, and Community Outreach. I am currently the Executive Director of Thorncliff After School Care, as well as the School liaison to the Thorncliff Community League. My strongest attributes are a strong ability to build rapport and relationships with children and families, effective and comprehensive strategic planning, patience and understanding, and finally a thorough knowledge of Accreditation Standards, Childcare Licensing Regulations, and the new Early Learning and Care Framework.
