Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

I have a total of seven months of day care experience placed in three different day cares and a TDSB school over the course of a year and a half. I am able to work as a team with the various ECEs and teachers in the classroom to promote children's learning through play. Also, for the past eight years, I have been working as a part time tutor for both math and English at a Kumon Centre. I had the opportunity to work with an autistic child during one of my placements. In another placement, I have worked with a child diagnosed with ADHD. I also had the privilege to work along side a Special Needs teacher and a Behavioural Specialist to assist in another child's learning. I have also participated in the assessment of children's speech and language.
