Teacher’s Assistant (Toddler/Casa Class) April 13- Current \r\nCreative Children’s Montessori School\r\n• Assist the head teacher with providing the children with a “prepared environment”.\r\n• Keep the classroom clean and inviting.\r\n• Assist with individual and/or group activities to stimulate growth of the children in social, emotional and academic areas.\r\n• Assist the children by moving around;\r\n• Complete different work cycles.\r\n• Returning work when the child completes his task.\r\n• Encourage individual work time to promote independence as well as group work to promote socialization.\r\n• Be present at parent/teacher conference.\r\n• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with children, parents and co-workers.\r\n• Participate in all open houses and school programs.\r\n• Serve snack and lunch while helping children to learn how to help themselves.\r\n• Allow children to be as independent as possible.
