Early Childhood Educator in Nepean, Ontario

I am very passionate about working with children and have developed program plans to promote their cognitive, social, communication, emotional and physical ability. I have worked with children with ADHD and have learnt that any child with a special need requires patience and understanding. Continuous positive communication with the child will shape up a successful day. Also establishing consistent schedules and routines combined with organization and structure not only will alleviate the stress on the child, it should decrease misbehaviours.
