I have had many opportunities to work with a wide variety of children, children diagnosed with a learning disabilities and behavioural issues. From this experience, I have been able to remain sensitive to children’s unique capabilities. I know how to provide individual support and collaborate with others to create the best environment for children to learn, succeed and be creative. I worked in the daycare with one child who was diagnosed with autism and worked with him one on one teaching him words and daily routines and math.I also worked with one child who was hearing impaired and i had to use some sign language and spend time teaching her how to do things.
