I have had a chance to work with all ages but most often have worked with preschooler and school age children, preparing a safe clean environment, guiding behaviours and developmental growth. I feel each child is truly an individual and learning is ongoing no matter what age. I have had the opportunity to work one on one with autistic children and children with aggressive behaviour and understand that working with children with particular needs take patients, time-management and the need to be spontaneous at times.
