Early Childhood Educator in Calgary, Alberta

I have extensive experience with Children of all ages. I worked for the town of Whitby. In regional child care centers. I worked in the infant room right up to the school age room. I was an ECE assistant. I implemented program plans, toileting routine, served snacks and lunches. Was responsible for daily logs of the children\'s day and written and verbal communication with parents. I also had constant communication with my supervisor. My experience with special needs children goes back to my days in high school. I volunteered in the special needs class. I also worked in an associated class with school board of Durham region. I worked as program assistant with Resources for Exceptional Children. In this position I worked one on one with Special needs children in a child care setting, using behaviour management skills, as well as putting in a plan of action for each child geared to the child\'s abilities. Working towards inclusion with in the child care setting.
