Being a teacher is not only teaching a lesson and imparting knowledge for the learners.With my previous experience,I can say that my way of teaching by being enthusiast about everything was very effective especially if children\\\'s behaviour became unruly in the classroom because of the boring lesson. I\\\'ve used this strategy to get their attention and motivate them to learn.Children love to play and laugh so I did act like I was one of them.I didn\\\'t mind if I look like a crazy teacher but I\\\'ve found it very interesting for children and they participated as well. Children with special needs should be treated with proper care,attention,patience,acceptance and understanding their behaviour.I had encountered few students who were joined in my normal class and it wasn\\\'t easy to handle.What I did, I gave a remedial class for them because they need more time to learn and to be able to give them additional educational services such as different approaches to teaching. A resource room environment where they can feel that they belong and accepted by everybody.
