Early Childhood Educator in Burnaby, British Columbia

As a registered Early Childhood Educator Assistant I have gained work experience at St. Andrew’s MRT Childcare Centre. Through this experience I have gained the skills to guide children, provide a nurturing environment, connect with children on their level and effectively communicate with parents/guardians. My responsibilities included leading and supervising children on fieldtrips, helping with lunches and snacks, and implementing appropriate activities. This experience also provided me with extensive exposure to the implementation of developmentally appropriate activities and materials.
