Friday 16th September 2016 Reference for Ms. Rica Sanchez-Agana I worked with Ms. Rica Sanchez-Agana (Ms. Rica) for a period of almost three years years at Rasami British International School, Bangkok, Thailand from January 2007-July 2010 as her Head Teacher and Head of Early Years. Ms. Rica is a very good teacher. She is devoted to the children and to their learning. She has a very caring and calm nature and her classroom environment reflects this. Having observed Ms. Rica both formally and informally, as well as having had feedback from Inspectors and SMT, they all spoke very highly of her ability to ensure all the children make at least good progress during her lessons. Ms. Rica always stayed composed and organised; always finishing work way ahead of the deadlines. Ms. Rica was always extremely popular with all the children throughout the school. She always made sure that she spent time with parents when necessary to help them to understand the needs of the children and how they could help their child at home. It became very clear that Ms. Rica’s experiencel gave her a much better understanding of how to monitor children’s specific learning, what to look for, how to make relevant statements for actions and always properly assessed the children’s progress in order to guide them in their next steps of learning. Ms. Rica is a very good teacher but is very modest in her own ability. I would recommend Ms. Rica as a caring, dedicated teacher who will always give the very best for the children. If you would like any further information, or have any questions you would like to ask regarding Ms. Rica’s application, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time. Kind regards, Michael Gallagher School Director BERNIE British International Prep www.bernie-bipc.co.th

Ms. Rica Sanshez is an excellent teacher of my daughter at Purple Elephant - Early Learning Center (ELC), Bangkok, Thailand. I am so thankful to have her as my daughter’s first teacher. My daughter absolutely adores Ms. Rica and enjoy the time she spent at school. She is creative, caring and encouraging. My daughter only cried for first few days of school and never cried again since then. Ms. Rica got some skills to handle different kinds of children. After class when I pick my daughter, Ms. Rica would talk about what my daughter do each day, what she likes/dislikes. She remember some little details of my daughter. And I really appreciated it. Also, her classroom is safe and caring environment which gave us the confidence that her class would create a great place for learning. She’s working on the school’s project regarding child development; together with her class, they create art pieces for Annual auction for charity. I’d recommend Ms. Rica Sanshez for a position as a preschool/primary school teacher and believe she will be loved and adored by everyone.

Ms. Rica is a very lovely teacher, she's patient and experienced. My son is shy and doesn't talk much, she's able to motivate my son to speak up and having techniques dealing with a quite boy. I highly recommended her.
