Early Childhood Educator in Richmond Hill, Ontario

I worked as a preschool educator at Loyal True Blue and Orange Home, where I developed many skills and capabilities regarding early childhood curriculum. My job experiences include program plan to meet children’s social, physical, creative, emotional and developmental needs from a play-based environment. I am especially trained in teaching children’s social and interpersonal skills and self-esteem by establishing routines and give positive guidance that allows children to feel secure, happy and comfortable. I speak fluently in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin which will benefit to the different culture of children at my work and my prime focus as an early childhood educator is to fostering multiculturalism and respect for diversity to each individual child.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nI am also trained to manage individual and group behaviour, problem solving with children, keep parents inform of program expectations, and create positive and supportive relationship with parents, families and co-workers.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nFurthermore, through my past experiences as a graph art composer has taught me the skills of design and management with group of co-workers. And I am highly skilled in creating activities, excellence in creating bulletin boards and a good amount of computer experience.
