Early Childhood Educator in Spencerville, Ontario

I have worked as a teacher and school administrator for the past 20 years, including Principal of a Pre-Kindergarten (3 years of age) to Grade 12 All Age School in the Bahamas. I lived and worked in the Bahamas for 8 years. As a teacher and principal of St. Francis de Sales School in Marsh Harbour, Abaco, Bahamas (http://....com/), I was responsible for the education of 350 students from Grades Pre-Kindergarten to 12. St. Francis de Sales School was actively involved in providing support services for Special Education Students, working alongside Mrs. Lyn Major and the Every Child Counts programme (http://....org/) before it became an independent school. My advanced training in the area of Special Education (Special Education Part 1 in Ontario), Montessori Teaching and Educational Administration and Leadership (M.A. McGill) enabled me to be an effective collaborator and contributor to the improvement of educational services within our school and broader community, particularly with regard to our very young children (students commence Pre-Kindergarten at the age of 3 in the Bahamas).
