Early Childhood Educator in Etobicoke, Ontario

I am an experienced Early Childhood Educator, who has been in the filed for ten years. I have five years of supervisory experience, working with all age groups. I’ve also managed multiple sites and lead staff in a successful manner that was able to meet all DNA and legislation standards. I’ve worked with children with all kinds of special abilities, including HDHD, ADD, Autism, Down syndrome, epilepsy, speech and language impairment and learning disabilities. Not only have I programmed for children with special abilities and ensure that their needs were being met; I’ve also evaluated program plans and pushed boundaries to allow others to think out of the box and provide an enriched program plans that better meet the needs of all children.
