My name is Bishow Surya Ale Magar, and I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) based in Toronto, Ontario. I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow. I currently work at Distillery District Early Learning Centre, where I plan and implement monthly lesson plans aligned with the ELECT and HDLH frameworks. I manage daily documentation using Lillio, recording children’s meals, diapers, naps, and developmental activities. I also lead community walks and park visits, provide learning invitations through sensory and literacy-based materials, and ensure a hygienic and nurturing environment. With hands-on experience in both preschooler and toddler classrooms, I have worked closely with children during play, art, circle time, mealtimes, and nap routines. I bring strong communication and classroom management skills, along with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. I am trained in Standard First Aid & CPR (Level C), have a recent Vulnerable Sector Screening, and hold a diploma in Early Childhood Education from Canadore College. I am fully registered with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) and committed to ongoing professional growth. My dedication, organization, and child-centered approach make me a dependable and compassionate educator.
