Early Childhood Educator in Calgary, Alberta

I have been an Early Childhood Educator for many years. During this time, I have had the good fortune to experience opportunities in three provinces. These opportunities have included: developing and leading the operations of child care centres; as a Licensing Officer; as a consultant, and as an Early Childhood Educator providing a program of activities based on current and best practices for children infant to school-age. During my career, my leadership style has evolved to being a participatory leader combined with that of servant leadership. Childcare operations are very complex, and my skill is in the collaboration of the people, the environment, and the program with a focused priority of children first. I am searching for that right leadership position where I can be part of the team to share knowledge, grow, and enjoy.
