Early Childhood Educator in Winnipeg, Manitoba

I have over 10 years of experience in Child care (infants, preschool, School Age, Nursery School, and Special Needs). I have worked in all areas of child development as well as those children with additional support needs up to the age of 21. I love doing arts and crafts and I love playing with children. I enjoy dress up just as much as the children do, basically it boils down to I feel like I am Peter Pan, I don't ever want to grow up. I know when to lay down the law but children learn from experiences, positive and negative, and being able to sit down and talk about lessons learned from the situations is the way I like to lead children. I am there to help them learn and grow, not dictate how they do that, but be there to support choices and learn from mistakes.
