Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

I had several experience being with children. I worked as a tutor in Gateways public schools for the program \\\\\\\"From 3 to 3\\\\\\\". My major responsibilities were to selected children literature, individualize reading difficulty levels, set reading goals and work closely with 32 children, age 3-6, in inclusive pre-school classroom to develop their language and social reasoning abilities for school success on a weekly basis. I co-worked closely with community members, teachers, early childhood educators and other volunteers to develop ability to work as a team member and gain in experience volunteering within a school-environment. I also introduced and explained the comprehensive new program “From 3 to 3” to be implemented in the classroom
