I have been working with children for around 9 years now. I have experience as a nanny for children ages 1-3 and 9-12. Through my university placements I had the opportunity to work with children ages 2-6.
I have a passion for working with special needs children. I have a very close friend with a brother with special needs and he single handedly has inspired my passion and my drive to work with children of all abilities. My university placement was with children 2-6 with special needs, hearing loss, deafness or blindness. I have limited knowledge of ASL and plan on continuing my education of sign language.
