I have Observed children physical, mental, spiritual and emotional needs to assist in engaging the child to play, learn and create.\\r\\n Combined discipline plan with effective measures and various lesson plans to increase concentration, participation and progress student accountability.\\r\\n Supervised and taught children from ages 3 - 8 years.\\r\\n Successfully improved student participation in the classroom through integration of creative role-playing exercises.\\r\\n Met with parents to resolve conflicting educational priorities and issues.\\r\\n Prepared teaching materials and established positive structure in order to stimulate the child�s enthusiasm for learning. \\r\\n Assisted in the implementation of curricula, lesson plans, special projects and exercises that increased child learning intake and levels.\\r\\n Participated in the planning and supervision of class field trips.\\r\\n Coordinated and implemented Arts and Crafts activities.\\r\\n\\r\\nI know that I have chosen the right career and made the right choice to teach and educate our youth.
