currently handling preschool in daycare with ages 2.5 to 3.5. I and my partner teach them daily. I changed their diaper 3 times a day. I trained them to go pee and poop in the potty. we trained them to use manners all the time.
when kids did something wrong we have to ask them what shall we do and why do we have to do or did something.and we should apply always the reverse psychology for not making hard to the kids.
