Early Childhood Educator in Victoria, British Columbia

I have had 7 years experience with children, ages 2 months-12 years of age. I have had the privilege working in many centres, daycare\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s, and schools. I have lead and supervised many programs and classes, and feel very comfortable and happy working with all ages. I have had 2 years working with children with special needs, exceptionalities and extreme learning behaviours. I have worked closely with professional therapists, support workers, and Special Needs educators. I have also worked with a few children who were on the high Autism spectrum. I was able to work in an ABA environment, while learning many tools and learning styles. I have developed many resources, and creative tools to use for children who are on the spectrum and special needs.
