I have had the opportunity to foster healthy childhood development through the use of several highscope activities in many settings from infant/toddler to kindergarten. I am certified in the use of the ELECT document to integrate a hands-on approach when educating children, and effectively use the Day Nurseries Act to ensure all guidelines are being followed within childcare centres. Through internships, I was able to provide high quality care and support to children, as well as families. This ensured that the children under my care were able to thrive and also allow families to feel confident and supported in their decision to place their children within our care. n/a
