I have always loved to be around children because I grew up taking care of my two younger siblings. I enjoy being a positive role model, I love learning and watching them learn and grow from activities I have programmed for them thorugh my observations. My experience with children is very positive, always have room to improve as well.
My experience with special needs was actually very challenging because I also have 20 other 18 other children to observe and give my attention to. Through time, I got a chance to build a very strong and trusting relationship with my two special needs children in my classroom and the parents as well.. I actually even took a course for special needs just so I can learn and understand them better.
